SERVICE RATES

I will charge for services one of two ways, either through a bid given to a customer following an on-site appointment or by the hour if the scope of work is small and no bid was requested.

$200 Minimum job charge

$30 fee for on-site appointments

$100 per hour for jobs priced by the hour

The on-site fee is collected during on-site visits/walkthroughs prior to starting the project or at the end of a service call if no on-site visit/walkthrough was conducted. When the service charge is collected on a date prior to project start, no additional service charge is collected when the project start date occurs within 30 calendar days of the date the service charge was collected.

$30 Trip charge for jobs requiring travel times exceeding 17 minutes one-way or 8 miles one-way.
